Return Eligibility

* Show no signs of damage caused by misuse

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Once reviewed, we may offer:

* Full or partial refund

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete processing.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once processing or shipment has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
